Q: What are the occupancy guidelines for the various bedroom sizes?
A: One Bedroom: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom, plus a child less than 24 months of age

Three Bedrooms: A maximum of 6 occupants per bedroom, plus a child less than 24 months of age
Q: What are the utilities included in the rent?

Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first animal plus $300 for each additional animal.

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

If during office hours and the answering machine picks up, please follow the same telephone prompts.

Make sure to include your telephone number, your name, your building and apartment number and the nature of your emergency. The on call person will contact you shortly after leaving your message.
