If you are having a maintenance emergency and it is after hours, please contact the Leasing Office immediately at 754.200.8507; follow telephone prompts in order to leave a message for our emergency on call person.
If during office hours and the answering machine picks up, please follow the same telephone prompts.
Make sure to include your telephone number, your name, your building and apartment number and the nature of your emergency. The on call person will contact you shortly after leaving your message.
If your service request does not meet the emergency criteria, listed below please follow the prompts and leave a message under our routine request line. We will visit your apartment on the next business day.

A/C NOT COOLING (ONLY DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS UNLESS HEALTH CONDITION IS A CONCERN) PLEASE REPORT IT WHEN IT HAPPENS
HEAT NOT WORKING (BELOW 50 DEGREES)
